Dr. Hemant Reddy believes that exceptional care begins with understanding each patient’s unique anatomy, lifestyle, and goals. His care philosophy is rooted in the notion that every patient has their own unique circumstances and needs. He is committed to treating the whole person—not just the condition—by spending quality time with his patients, helping them fully understand their diagnosis and treatment options, and building a lasting relationship.

Dr Reddy specializes in using robotic technology to help match the unique anatomy and alignment of each patient and employs muscle preserving techniques to promote more rapid recovery – such as the anterior approach to total hip replacement and quadricep sparing total and partial knee replacement. Dr. Reddy also specializes in revision or “re-do” hip and knee replacement in case you are having issues with your current joint replacement.

Dr. Reddy obtained his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University through an accelerated B.S./M.D. program. He completed his residency training in Orthopedic Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, ranked top 1% for Orthopedics by the U.S. News & World Report. He then completed his fellowship training in Adult Reconstructions specializing in hip and knee replacement and revision surgery at NYU Langone Health in New York City, ranked the 2nd best Orthopedic Hospital in the nation according to U.S. News & World Report. Dr. Reddy is eager to apply the highest standards of orthopedic care, gained through his extensive training, to serve his patients in Los Angeles.

As a published author in several medical journals, Dr. Reddy actively contributes to ongoing research projects and is passionate about integrating the latest scientific evidence into his clinical practice. His ultimate goal is to deliver the highest standard of patient-centered care.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Reddy values the importance of movement to achieve a high quality of life. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, rock climbing, and traveling around the world.
